Refund & Cancellation Policy

At K9 Laser, our ultimate goal is to create a community of happy customers.

We want your shopping experience with us to be risk-free and worry-free.


To provide you with peace of mind, all orders are backed by a Money-Back Guarantee.

Money-Back Guarantee Terms (60 Days Trial)

You can request a refund within 60 days from the date of delivery. We will refund to your original payment method.

  • We will generate a prepaid shipping label for the carrier to cover the return shipping fees.

  1. You will receive the label via email for easy return.

  • We will refund your order in full, even for sealed bottles.

  1. You don't have to send back the unsealed bottles.

  • Please be aware that a flat 9% restocking fee will apply to all returns.

  1. This fee will be deducted from the total amount refunded to you.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. We can only refund the product price.

How to request a refund

We aim to resolve all queries and requests within 48 hours. To ensure a smooth refund process, please follow the step-by-step instructions below


Kindly refrain from filing a dispute through Paypal as it will prolong the cancellation/refund process by at least 21-28 days.

Issues with your package?

If you’ve received the goods in a non-satisfactory condition, please message us right away, and we will work with you to quickly resolve the issue. 


To help us quicken the process, kindly send us an email with the following:

  • Photo(s) of the issue

  • Photo(s) of the batch no. which is typically at the bottom of the bottles

  • Details of the issue

  • Your order ID which starts with the prefix #LON

Cancellations

You can cancel your orders within 12 hours from the time you placed your order. This is only available for orders that haven't shipped.

Returns (Cancelations after shipping)

To cancel your order after shipping, you can choose one of the following options:

  • Reject the parcel upon delivery 

  • RTS (Return To Sender) the parcel by placing it back in your mailbox with the flag up 

  • To Return to our Facilities: please reach out to our live chat support or by emailing us contact@k9laser.com and we will be more than happy to assist you with a return label.

Do update us once you have proceeded with one of the above options, so we are able to process your refund as soon as the return is reflected on the courier tracking system.

Refunds

  • For orders canceled within 12 Hrs:

Refunds are processed instantly and will reflect on your statement based on your payment method

  • For Returns:

Once the tracking had been updated on the courier’s portal, we will issue a refund and it will reflect on your statement based on your payment method


Please note:

Refunds are immediate and will reflect on your PayPal balance in real-time. 


 *Credit and Debit cards: 

Processing varies depending on your card issuing bank’s turnaround time. This can range anywhere between 7-14 banking days before it’s reflected in your bank statement.

Refunds

As far as we take measures to ensure smooth delivery of our goods, there are circumstances outside of our control. As such, we accept exchanges for goods received in non-satisfactory condition. 


 If there are issues with the goods you receive (eg. damaged condition, wrong product), please send us the details, photo evidence together with your order ID by contacting our live chat support or emailing us (contact@k9laser.com)

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will receive refunds for your original purchase only.


You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Customs and Import Charges

For orders outside US, your customs may charge handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. 


Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel. 


K9 Laser LLC has no control over these charges and we can't tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. 


 We recommend checking with your customs for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
